RETURN POLICY
If you think you have received a wrong item instead of the one that you have ordered and wants the right item to be dispatched, then please write to us we will deliver the right item as soon as possible without charging anything extra by Blue Dart or any other premium courier. Our courier person will collect the wrong item which has been delivered to you. You don't need to pay anything extra for the return, hope it is fair.
If you think the item/chocolate which has been delivered to you is spoiled and no more usable, then let us know, we will ship better-conditioned chocolate.

If you are not satisfied with the quality, please let us know we will refund you 100% money back or, we will give you a 100% discount coupon to purchase your choice of chocolates. (Hope this is fair enough)

REFUND POLICY
If you think your product not been delivered at all even in a maximum of 15 days of time. Then please write to us for a refund, we will refund 100% money back. The refunded money will be credited to your bank/credit card account in a maximum of 5 working days.

If you think you have been delivered the wrong item or the item which has been delivered to is spoiled and no more usable. In this case, if you want a refund instead of a replacement, then please write to us, we will refund you 100% money back without any questions. The refunded money will be credited to your bank/credit card account in a maximum of 5 working days after initiation.

If the customer provides a wrong address or incomplete, if this causes a delay in the delivery, then Exotic Chocolates is not responsible for it. Hence, we request please provide a proper address along with contact numbers.

Last but not least, if you don't like our chocolates, we will offer you 100% money back. The money will be credited to your bank/credit card automatically.
CANCEL POLICY
If you think you have ordered a wrong item if you request us within 6hrs from the time of purchase. We will not ship the item and we will refund 100% money back. After 6hrs of purchase, if you fail to send a cancel email, we will not continue the return policy, since the product might have been made by our chef or shipped by our team.
